Debanjan is the Managing Partner of the firm and a highly regarded name in India’s legal industry for his strategic advice in litigation and non-litigation practices. He has successfully represented marquee clientele in many high-stake litigations/arbitrations and transactions in India throughout his career. Some of his notable clients include R.P. Sanjiv Goenka Group, M.P. Birla Group, ITC Limited, Peerless Group, West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited, and West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation.
He been recognised as one of the Super 50 Lawyers in India by Asian Legal Business (2022), and as Top Managing Partner (2022) in the Forbes Legal Powerlist 2022. He has also been featured in awards such as ‘A-List- Top 100 Lawyers’ by India Business Law Journal (2022) and the Xaviers Business Award for outstanding contributions to Law and Business (2023).
