Sanjiv Kumar Trivedi

Sanjiv, with over 25 years of experience, is a Partner at Fox & Mandal, Kolkata, and has been associated with the Firm since 2004. Sanjiv regularly advises and represents clients in civil, commercial, and contractual disputes before the Calcutta High Court and various National Company Law Tribunals, Company Law Appellate Tribunals at New Delhi, and arbitral tribunals as well as before the Supreme Court of India.

Sanjiv has assisted and advised Government Undertakings, Corporations, Public Sector Undertakings, and several private and listed companies. He has represented clients in Courts throughout India, including the Magistrates’ Courts, District Courts, High Courts, and Supreme Court of India. He has also appeared before the National Green Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial authorities and has several reported judgments to his credit.
