Iram has over 14 years’ experience in the Dispute Resolution practice group specialising in private client practice, insolvency & bankruptcy, and corporate restructuring. Her practice encompasses a wide array of matters including arbitration, contracts, company law and shareholder disputes, constitutional law, and succession and probate litigation, as well as matters pertaining to admiralty, environment, real estate, insolvency and IPR. She also handles criminal law matters, dealing with cases related to domestic violence, cheating, criminal breach of trust, and assault. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts in the country, in addition to Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities.
At Fox & Mandal, Iram is a key member of the litigation team and part of the E-initiatives and Implementation Committee. She obtained an LLB degree from Law College Dehradun in 2011 and was earlier working with Sinha & Company and KMNP Law.
