RDB Primarc Techno Park LLP on the acquisition of DLF Techpark 1 from DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd for approximately INR 638 crore, including both the immovable property and the associated business operations – rental, common area maintenance, fit-out, property management, operated from DLF Techpark 1.

DSK Real Estates Ltd on the construction of a multi-storey building valued at USD 60.09 million near an Ordnance Depot, involving issues of national security and constitutional right to property.

Hydraulics & Pneumatics (India) LLP on proceedings seeking fair compensation for land valued above USD 20 million (~INR 175 crore), acquired for the construction of a metro station and parking.
