With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate and Dispute Resolution practice areas, Sourav provides end-to-end advisory and assistance across the entire real estate projects and land acquisitions ecosystem. He has an extensive array of experience as a corporate and transactions lawyer, having led several acquisitions, private equity investments and business transfers. He regularly appears in high-stakes disputes before the Supreme Court of India, Calcutta High Court, District Courts, and tribunals on matters pertaining to property tax, white collar investigations, constitutional, and corporate issues.
Sourav initially joined Fox & Mandal as an Associate in 2010 and later rejoined as a Principal Associate in 2013. He is a 2005 graduate from the NUJS and is an independent director at Eveready Industries Ltd.
