Rohit has over 19 years of experience in the Real Estate practice group. He advises clients on the full spectrum of their real estate requirements, from representation in land acquisition, conducting due diligence and preparing title reports, drafting transactional documents and agreements. He has in-depth knowledge of regulations across jurisdictions and has executed commercial and residential real estate transactions in multiple States. He has extensive experience in handling government projects involving vetting and drafting tender documents, concession agreements, and lease deeds. Rohit frequently handles matters of succession, estate planning, and setting up trusts. His expertise extends to business and commercial law, corporate law and joint ventures, and contracts. Before joining F&M, Rohit worked at Pankaj Shroff & Co and at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
