Overview

With over 25 years of experience, Sanjiv has built a wide-ranging practice advising and representing clients in civil, commercial, contractual, and succession disputes, as well as matters relating to real estate and intellectual property rights. Over the years, he has acted for prominent business groups such as the MP Birla Group, RPSG Group, Peerless Group, and Apeejay Group, various private and listed companies, as well as several public sector undertakings and government entities. Sanjiv regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Calcutta High Court, the National Company Law Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals in New Delhi, and various arbitral and quasi-judicial forums across the country.
