With over 17 years of experience in the Real Estate practice area, Prajata advises developers, corporates, and industry bodies on the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from land acquisition and project structuring to regulatory compliance and project documentation. He has significant experience in advising on large-scale residential and commercial developments and has worked extensively on matters relating to the implementation of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), including representing CREDAI Bengal before the Rajya Sabha Select Committee. Prior to joining Fox & Mandal, Prajata worked with Bengal Shrachi Housing Development Limited and CREDAI Bengal, where he gained extensive experience in real estate development and policy advocacy.
