With over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate practice area, Saptarshi advises clients across a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, title due diligence, leasing, and joint ventures. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting title investigations, issuing title reports, and overseeing the execution and registration of commercial and residential real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. He has advised on several marquee real estate and infrastructure transactions involving leading corporates, developers, and institutional clients. Saptarshi began his legal career with Saha & Ray, Advocates before joining Fox & Mandal in 2015, where he has since developed a strong non-contentious real estate practice. He graduated from the University of Calcutta in 2011 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
