As part of our Continuous Learning and Education (CLE) Programme, we invited Mr Dhiren Sharma, an Advocate, to the 3rd CLE. Adv. Dhiren Sharma has extensive experience and a successful practice built around the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
He shared his knowledge around the dynamic and evolving jurisprudence in the specialist area of Resolution Plan: Third Party Rights & Assets.
The session will be moderated by another upcoming and talented advocate Mr. Deepan Kumar Sarkar.
It was a really engaging session where the Q&A session was the highlight of the event. Our Managing Partner along with the members of the firm actively participated in the discussion.
