Fox & Mandal’s Internship Programme
We receive thousands of internship applications throughout the year and try to provide several internship opportunities across our offices in Delhi & Kolkata.
We are very conscious of the work that we assign to interns and our endeavour is to provide them intellectually stimulating work and provide good mentorship. Therefore, we limit the intake of interns to ensure that the firm members can spend time with interns, positively contribute to their careers and deliver an above par and highest calibre internship experience.
The comprehensive experience under the guided supervision of partners and teams leaves them with an understanding of the fundamentals of working in a professional environment and honing their legal skills.

Fox & Mandal considers internship applications only through the firm’s website.
Eligibility Criteria
The firm prefers students from 5-year law programs to apply in their 3rd, 4th, and 5th years. The students from 3-year law programme are encouraged to apply only after completion of first two years.
We prefer students who plan their internship at least 3 months in advance and discourage last-minute internship requests.
Selection Process
Our selection process is designed to identify talented and motivated students who will thrive in our dynamic and collaborative work environment. We review your resume to assess your qualifications, experience, and alignment with our organisation’s values and requirements for ongoing projects. Depending on the internship position, you may be required to complete an assessment. We encourage you to plan your internship in advance to make the most of your time with us.
