On 10th April, 2023 Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) finalized IT Outsourcing Directions (“Directions”) to ensure that outsourcing arrangements do not affect the ability of Regulated Entities (“RE”) to fulfil their obligations or impede supervision by the RBI.
