    The Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) has recently issued vide notification no. S.O. 2036(E). that financial transactions carried out by practicing professionals in the fields of Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretaries, and Cost and Works Accountants, either individually or through their firms on behalf of their clients will be included in the scope of the money laundering law.
