Our team advised and represented West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited in respect of the Alipore Area Development Project being carried out by our client in several litigations before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta involving the Project and was also involved in drafting the Lease Deed for premises No. 4, Thackeray Road, which was granted by way of lease to Palladium Constructions Pvt. Ltd. for 99 years for a consideration of Rs. 390 Crores. The total land area given on lease is about 5.5 acres and is estimated to have a total development potential of more than 1 million sq. ft of saleable area.
