Akshat is a Partner and Head-Corporate Practice at Fox & Mandal, Delhi. He has over 18 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, M&A, joint ventures, exchange control advisory, real estate, infrastructure, and investments.
Akshat has also assisted several multinational companies doing business in and from the UAE/MENA and India in commercial transactions, including projects, regulatory compliance, funds and investments, labor and employment, tax, and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution.
He has advised clients in healthcare, hospitality, real estate, e-commerce(start-ups), and technology.
Akshat did his LLM from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK (2006) and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (2002).
