Shruti Swaika

Shruti is a general corporate practitioner who is hands-on with contentious and non-contentious law practices. She specializes in private client practice, having advised over 25 families and several ultra HNIs besides General Corporate Advisory.

She started her practice in civil litigation and practices in various courts in India including before the District Courts, Tribunals, the High Court at Calcutta and Delhi and the Supreme Court of India and has a rich litigation experience.

She has been involved in a wide range of assignments, from private equity deals, to government infrastructure projects, bid process management, corporate restructuring, general corporate advisory, succession planning, and inter-generational wealth transfer.

She believes in providing practical solutions to clients and has an eye for detail. As a general practitioner, she brings in a unique perspective and foresight in advisory matters due to her rich experience in litigation, contract execution, and post-contractual legal advisory services. She is well-regarded by her colleagues as well for creating efficient systems and processes for better team management.
